Feel free to add me as a friend. I'm 67, just lost 12 lbs with 45 to go. Age is a number that doesn't define you! Be gentle with yourself but be tough on those calories

Well, maybe I didn't do it right, but I started with logging and nothimg else for the first couple of weeks just to see how my nutrients were. Then I started making adjustments to balance carbs/protein/fat. And the weight started coming off - 12 lbs so far, 45 to go. Then I increased my exercise because I feel so much…

Moe's Taco Salad, but I didn't eat breakfast. Dinner will be a problem, as that was my carbs & fat for the day. Lol

There are lots of websites with TDEE calculators. Google it and you'll get about a million hits. I'd paste one but haven't been able.to do that in MFP. ,/heavy sigh/

I've always eaten 1,000-1,100 calories and felt full, but balancing 40/30/30 has helped me…

hmmm, sounds like someone saw me at the gym last night. Just joined & had my first session with personal trainer. At the end of the workout, I was standing in front of a mirror with trainer doing exercises with dumbbells when I noticed 2 young men (buffed out!) sitting on a bench almost directly in my line of sight. They…
