This is so me after starting my office job and then my clothes starting to get tighter. I'm.about 133 right now but it just feels heavier than I'm used to I'm.5'6 and need this weight gone asap.

I've been yoyo dieting since about 18 and I'm 26 now and trying to stop and get down to my goal in a healthy way ( no starving) lol I'm struggling because I'm at my desk at work 9 hours a day tho and need to incorporate more time into working out. Add me if you want :)
