I can totally relate. I tend to eat quickly so my body doesn't realize that it's full when it really is. I'm trying to get better at slowing down and taking my time when I eat.

My metabolism is slow due to thyroid problems. I will definitely start doing that.

I will try to do so. It may be a little more difficult for me due to having a slow metabolism but I will do my best to conquer this and lose the weight, hopefully once and for all.
