  • Agree there - just very difficult to cut below and enter CD - average about 2,500 cals per day - with sedatory work (circa 7,500 steps p/d NEAT). 235lb and 6'5" so works out I should sit at 2,200 cal per day to cut / 2,500 to maintain. #OccasionalBingeDrinker #English
