Yoga, walking to and/or from work, or having play-dates with the nieces and nephews- those kids really know how to burn! (but when watching the kidlets that means I have to avoid snacking; little kids always have food around them)

Thanks QueenOSpades! I didn't even think of hemp protein being an option (I've been fixated and to be honest, uncomfortable, about whey and/or casein protein, but I struggle to get enough protein in a day) I'll add that to my list of things to ask my doctor about :)

Not a dumb idea! I did that for my wedding- I bought my dress too small and by the time I got to my 1st fitting (8 months later) I had to have 4 inches taken in everywhere; it's a doable goal if you stick to it :)
