Thank you for your worst of encougement! You're right, instead of beating myself up over 3lbs, I should be happy. It's 3lbs I did not gain, and rhat are off of me. I will definatly look new things on Google to help. Thank you for that!!

I never thought of it that way, setting up for failure. I'm just used to everyone saying that, watch what you eat and don't anything bad...I've been watching my calorie intake, that's what's helping me stay on track.

I k ow everyone is different, but checking your weight everyday helps you? And I'm going to start setting goals, and meeting those. I'm going to have to go even harder at the gym. Thank you for that.
