you can have what fits your macros but the most low carb ones are berries. for example strawberries, rasberries, blueberries

I have no clue what is synced to count my steps lol. I had no clue the phone was doing that. I am not trying to create a huge deficit but i like my excersize cals as a buffer in case my logging isnt 100% correct. Thanks for the help

My family owns a cafe that is mom and pop ish and doesnt have a "nutrition info" so when i eat there i estimate as close as possible with similar items. I figure as long as it isnt daily.. Guestimating is better than not logging at all
