I think the like button is ok.. Means others are at least seeing your efforts. For some reason when I hit the like button it doesn't work half the time so I end up trying to leave comments anyhow lol

It is pretty tough to try and fit everything in to one day sometimes...seems everyone has covered all bases here and I even picked up a few ideas for myself to try! So thanks everyone! I work 3 days a week 630-7 and theres no way im able to work out before work, but ive been trying to fit in a 30 min video on work days…
