  • I'm 114lb and about 5ft5/6 so not extremely healthy weight! Have put on a lb in a week though! High carbs and protein, finding fruit juice really helpful as it is high in carbs if anyone is finding eating big meals a struggle
  • Trying to gain weight and increase muscle at the same time is anyone struggling in finding a workout plan that doesn't centre around becoming lean or doing cardio?
