Today's workout. Warmup. Back squats. 3x5x145. Squat stretches in between to work on getting parallel to the floor. The trainer said I hit it on all 5 on the last set. Been working on my squat form for several months. The trainer observed my last set of 5 today. He said "You were parallel or lower on every rep". I still have to concentrate on getting down there, but it's getting easier.

Amen. I try to make sure I always have some snacks with me that fit the plan. I tell myself - "Skip the cookie and have a protein bar or some jerky instead.: Gets me through most days.
