I watch my carb intake. I eat half of what they recommend and a lot more protein too. I have lost 60 pounds doing this diet but when I stop watching my carb intake it comes right back on. It took me 6 months of real hard work and I lost the weight. You can too. :smile:

I'm not having dinner this year. I'm going walking instead - I did the same thing for Christmas dinner - it works.

You look great. I'm down 58 pounds but I can't seem to reach my goal. I want to drop 7 more pounds to be where my doctor says would be great for me. I was almost there in October but I have gained 3 -4 pounds since then. Keep up the great work 2013 is going to rock.

I'm with you - I hate exercise too. I have lost 58 pounds just watching what I eat and drinking tons of water. During the summer I was walking everyday early in the morning just to get out of the house when it was cool and not boiling hot. Wow, I'm so happy that you have gone so far with MFP. I eat about 1200 cal a day. If I eat anymore than that I gain weight. I go out and walk sometimes during my free time just so I can eat an extra item. Go with the 135 pounds right now - and after Christmas try for the mark of 130. Give yourself a hand for all that you…

I'm eating 1200 calories and I have been losing 2 lbs. a week. Put sodium on your daily count list and make sure you keep it below the recommended number. Hope this helps. Good luck to everyone. We are doing this altogether.
