It's hard to ask for help, support and very discouraging when you have none. But I am doing this for me, and I must keep pushing forward. I have been very slow with my total commitment but still losing about a pound a week. I know I can do better if only to prove it to myself. If you are reading this and would like to have…

Hi, John, it is great to see your commitment and challenge. I was a member for a long time and just stop posting until about 3 weeks ago. I changed my username and started fresh. Scale is moving slowly and so am I. My commitment has been very low the last week, I can't seem to get back on course. I have a doctor's appointment on 11/22 to check A1C and I am praying that it will be better than last time. Sw:204.4 CW:201.2 GW:165

Today were a few carbs over and I still feel I am not in ketosis yet. I am trying and have added walking, I am really enjoying it. The fresh clean fall air refreshing and the colors are beautiful, it's my me time. I hope that everyone is staying on track and looking forward to November.

Hi everyone, I started Keto about 2 weeks ago and was doing good. Then I had a family gathering and slip on my carbs. I am so mad at myself because I don't feel the same as when I was Strickley in ketosis (Not an excuse) just the truth. I am working to get myself back in ketosis and added exercise and walking most days. I…
