Why not begin a trend of healthy snacks.......this will encourage others to do it? Or treat yourself every once and a while so that you do not binge. If you eat one thing don't stress yourself out - you could I totally agree with Tuckerji who is doing out of sight, out of mind that is a great tactic both psychologically…
