I'm new. I'll join this for what's remaining of August! I did 120 min yesterday: 60 cardio dance, 30 walking and 30 elliptical. Today I have logged in 30 min walk and plan to do 60 min cardio dance later. My goal will be 1500 min/month.

Hi. I'm not new to the site but I was off for a few months and now back on. I do that A LOT and while I've used the food diary for years, I've never wandered beyond that and now I think I need a motivation buddy because I don't want to slip off again. Once I get started, I am good, but it's getting there that's difficult.…
