Hello all. Literally just set up my surge today after a few people at my office recommended it so highly. I am very excited to get started. I am also doing P90x3 series. Does anyone know what I should do to log those exercises? Its not a cardio or strength routine its a bit of both. Any thoughts?

Are you exercising? Diet will only get you so far. 30mins per day 7 days a week will change everything. I'm doing DVDs at home. Works great !
