I just found this group. I just completed week 4 day 1. I didnt think i was ready to proceed, so i repeated week 3 (and week 2). I was surprised that I could run the 5 mins each time.

I started at 217 lbs and I'm 5'2, so I would consider myself a heavier runner. I repeated a couple of the weeks. The idea of running 3 mins was terrifying to me. I just finished week 4 day 1. We can do this!

I hardly drink anymore. When I plan on drinking, make sure to bank some of my daily allotment and exercise.

Hello everyone! My starting weight was 215 lbs and I'm 5'2 (ish). I am 26 years old. Currently I'm at 189, but my goal is to lose another 50 lbs. Add me! We can do this.

Old Navy has a wide selection of active wear. Walmart also has a decent selection of plus size active wear.

I try to weigh myself every 2 weeks. My goal is to lose 1 lb per week, so weighing myself everyday wouldn't be helpful for me. Also, it's always pleasing to see a loss of more than 2lbs on my weigh in day. It's really up to to you. Good luck :)

I work out 4 days a week and consume 10-20% of those burnt calories back. My goal weight is 145, but i will reevaluate once I reach 170. I am 26 years old. Add me! We can…

I typically weigh myself every other week. My goal is to lose 1 pound per week. Doing it more than that would not show much of a difference in weight.
