I want and need to lose 70lbs been struggling with this for years and im sick of the weight. Im 33 years old with 3 beautiful girls and i want to be active with them not tired all the time and at a doctors appt.i need some help with my eating. Im a emotional eater.

Hi amber congrats on your weightloss. I have been strugging for years to lose weight its putting me into health problems and im only 33. Would you be able to share how you lost weight. I am also thinking about lipo and tummy tuck.
