Based on my height i should be weighing 105-110. Which is a long way home. But I picked a number and decided to work towards. 10lbs goal mark at a time.

I work 11-7 and for years I ate at night. What I found works for me now is; 7am breakfast, sleep. Wake up1pm lunch, sleep at 6pm wake up10 pm dinner.

Hi Zendrick, thanks. I am doing calories count and exercise. That's my plan right now. I want to do this right. Like a whole life style change .
