I do most of my walking around the house, I try to get up and move at least once an hour. I also try to walk 30 or more minutes while watching Netflix. I haven't been walking as much as I was before the holidays which was 8000 - 10000 a day. I will get there again! January 4-10 Steps: 26897 Distance: 12.0 miles
