If you eliminate refined sugar, after a week or so you will taste the sugar in just about everything. Fruits and berries can be your dessert...refined sugar...not so good anymore.

I will try. Mixing olive oil mayo reduced fat with the plain yogurt for a. change... Lettuce wrap...good idea too! Thank you.
