  • Prepping up some sweet potatoes, onions, zucchini, red peppers, and mushrooms and then having half for lunch and the other half for dinner, along with Maui Maui (dinner only).
  • I've been swimming a lot this summer and it's toning my arms. Taking my blood pressure is no longer killing me! And my systolic bp has gone down 40 points from a couple of years ago.
  • I don't know if you have access to a pool or enjoy swimming but I've been really firming up my upper arms by swimming about 50 minutes/day/4 days a week over the past few weeks. Also adding in some weights will help tighten up that skin as well.

  • Best of wishes in this endeavor. A coworker of mine lost about 100 lbs and also lost her high blood pressure, diabetes, and sleep apnea. I hope you can get off your meds and feel better.
