  • I didn't do good over the weekend. I didnt log all my calories so im hoping to start today off better and stick to my 1200 caloroe goal. I also hope to stay on track with doing the elliptical for 30 min everyday. I get off track so easy :(

  • Id love to join! Cw is 173 and i am a very enotional eater! I lose control very easily. I eat when im happy, sad, mad, etc. Also i suffer from anxiety disorder. My gw is 125. I know thats not 60 lbs but its close enough! I need all the help i can get.
