That's a good goal. I used to have that. I was 128 pounds and benching 145. Then I'm 140 and benching 160. Its all about eating good calories and putting your rep range at around 4-6. Good luck.

U can build muscle from cardio butttttttttt it takes time. When you run you burn calories therefore the food you eat gets digest quicker. When u build muscle you need enough calories and protein. I usually drink 2 cups of milk every meal and snack. I had 3 meals 3 snacks, depending on the milk that's around 300 calories per meal/snack.
