My knees and back are hating on me much less, now that I'm over 30 pounds down from my surgery weight.

I had my surgery on October 27th of this year, and have had no complications as a result, and I'm nearly 7 weeks out at this point. I'm down 32 pounds since my surgery date, and am nearly 50 pounds down from my highest weight. I'd do this all over again, if I had to in order to have this tool. I'd tried so many other ways…

If she has GERD, then RNY would be better for her, from what I have been reading on the subject. (I'm also looking at having the surgery)

I log everything, but I need to do that to keep myself "honest". It would be too easy to slip into "cheating", otherwise, if that makes sense.
