I count calories, I'm on 1500-1600 calories daily, trying to be consistent with that. I'm very happy with my Tefal digital scale, it shows kgs, lbs, and st lbs. It also looks nice, it's bright pink with little green and yellow hearts :smiley: I bought it from Worten for about 30 euros.

Jogging for 30 minutes trice a week, other exercise of choice trice a week (Strength and Flex, hiking, walking, exercise videos at home). Eating on average 1550 calories per day. No alcohol in January.

Why not lose all the weight you want to lose. You have gone so far, and you are already quite close to your goal. Set a precise ultimate goal weight and set monthly goals. Go until the end of your weight-loss path and reach your goal weight.
