I use one which 100% pure peanut butter; nothing else is added. It's called Meridian Peanut Butter. You can get smooth and with bits in it. Yummey!

I wouldn't get too fixated on your macros just yet. I agree with Casper above here and start with a protein intake around 1.2 gr per pound. Depends what your aim is. If you are looking to loose weight/fat and want to eat a specific amount of kcal per day, then a kcal is a kcal whether it is from chocolate or carrots.
