Hi everyone; 50 this year and after being mostly vegan and vegetarian, reading the starch solution and forks over knives, I realized I was going in the wrong direction weight wise. So after reading the "other" (low carb) side I switched and found a real difference. Happy to be here to learn how people are making it work
