I make a chocolate protein shake - some of them are low in carbs and there is always the bonus of the extra protein :)

Congrats! I am down 19 and about 15 to go. I am doing the Working Against Gravity diet which counts macros - of course My Fitness Pal is integral to tracking that. I am 12 weeks in and I am finding that if I plan out my meals before I eat them I do really well. Eat and then post.... not so much! :)
