Hi! I'm jasmin and have the same goal. I've been getting into kickboxing and sensible meal plans. I try to go to the gym or workout whenever 4 days a week: monday,tuesday, Thursday and saterday. If anyone is interested in knowing what I eat and the workout plan I have please let me know

I'm 21 and been out of soccer for 2 years after going to college. I decided to do kickboxing. Really great intense workouts to lose weight and stay in shape. :) I've been doing a small kickboxing meal plan if anyone was interested
