We need context - how tall are you? I have been 110 before, and looked fat even though I'm 5'4" due to the fact that I had no muscle tone. Everything looked flabby and soft and jiggly. Anyway I'm in the same boat. I'm within a healthy weight range and only have about 10 or 15 lbs I'd like to lose but I need to tone up.

These classes are all offered at my gym and Combat is amazing, I haven't tried the others. Pump looks fun but I don't know anything about weights and the class is so full that I don't feel like wrestling for floor space in a class I know nothing about.
