  • well. we are halfway through the month and I think I'm doing good! only missed a couple of days of tracking. got 10,000 + steps in every day and every day except last weekend exercised 60 min or more. B)

  • managed to finish my bottle of water today. May not seem a lot to some. but it's huge for me. the cue I guess is seeing the bottle and reaching for it rather than something to munch on. reward is feeling good about it... ?
  • I'm terrible at getting my water intake... so I'll try to make it a habit to carry my water bottle with me (which i already do anyways) and have a drink every time I feel the munchies coming on. the goal is to finish it by end of day or sooner.

  • day 3. no change in weight but i feel good. put in almost 100 minutes of exercise yesterday. long brisk lunchtime walk, a leisurely stroll with the dog and a half hour on the treadmill. logged all my food and stayed under my calories. finished eating by 8 pm. feeling great! hope you all have a great day!

I stick to mostly clean eating. cook from scratch 90% of the time. switched from wheat to spelt a long time ago. and things like white sugar, flour, bread, or rice went out the window a long time…
