Do what You like for you body, getting fitter doesn't need anyone permission. Probably if you lose more and get fit, this may even inspire him one day . Thing about it. Win win for both just you need to motivate yourself. Cheers

Getting fitter is a tough job and people do get jealous thinking how he works out why not him. Just ignore, be an inspiration by yourself. Only you care about your fitness nothing else matters

I am in the same boat due to work constraints. All I started healthy diet and an hour of swimming. Hope it helps and remember the tortoise and rabbit race.

This group is an inspiration. Hopefully I could also one day post pictures with the transformation all people have been through. Thank you guys for inspiring a lot of depressed obese folks :)

Been using for 3 days only but I just love it. Watching your diet and logging everything, does help. I am hoping that this will work on getting me fitter and lose weight !!
