Yeah I went back to using my personal trainer until December so another five months and I ended up getting a "frozen shoulder"..... 8 months later and it's finally starting to get some more movement I'm really really glad that orange theory is working for you ! that's awesome!

I was working with a personal trainer four hours a week for about 14 months so I decided to add orange theory as it seem like a cheaper option. And then cut back my personal trainer to twice a week.
