I've done the same thing this past year or so, they were either too complicated or not accurate in calories, and I couldn't also look at my food as "points". Used the Noon app for a while but after the initial 5-6 weeks lost interest, and their database isn't that great with inaccurate calories. I need structure,…

I've been putting cuticle oil on my nails every night at bedtime for the past 3 or so weeks. a small thing but my nails were cracking so much, just doing that one thing has improved them and I feel better about myself for doing that extra thing at bedtime! I'm getting a facial this week, first one in a Looooong time, so…

Hi everyone! A short intro about me..... I can identify with the "serial starter" for sure. I did attempt WW once but couldn't maintain watching the points after I met my goal....or really I chose not to maintain it. I'm recently really starting to understand that my actions are the direct result of a CHOICE that I make.…

I’ve lost weight plenty of times that way. Because what you eat is most important even when you’re working out.... so , yeah, question, why not just start walking a mile everyday and gradually up it. Cardio is definitely a great way to help lose fat when counting calories.

That is one EXCELLENT POST. Yes, thin people are not addicted to sugar. Eating cucumbers ( and pickles sometimes) has helped me a lot. And sugar-free orange jello is an excellent treat I can eat two big bowls and it's only like 50 calories. Also, I've recently discovered a frozen treat that's 150 for an entire pint: Arctic…

I agree. The heart rate is definitely not accurate compared to wearing a HRM strap around your chest. And not Accurate for me on my steps at all. And I had the settings correct on it too. So, I had actually bought a fitbit HR charge and took it back to Best Buy after a week and traded it for a polar a300. I like the polar…

Hi Chris. Yes, never skip breakfast. Well I wrote a bunch of other things too, but for some weird reason they didn't post. I just have an apple every morning....and that works great for me. Oh man, yesterday I went in to an ice cream shop and they had chocolate Oreo ice cream. Groan, so I got a cone. It was yummy, I ate about 2/3 off it and it was so rich I had to toss the rest. I really only needed about 8 licks ya know! I don't even buy OREO cookies because they are too addicting. DID YOU KNOW that there…
