welcome, yes agree get a food scale do not go by .05 cups or 1 cup measurements this is not accurate most times Good Luck, add me if you like.

Hi there try going for a walk, relieve some stress go to the gym...sitting at home on the couch the little guy on my shoulder wants to eat out of boredom get past that thought. Plan your meals if you can. Good luck sweetie:) We are here for you.

I'm in does it matter I have been working out and eating healthy for 6 months and I work out 6 days a week, I am weighing in at 137 but can't seem to loose much weight, but your post on the other victories I am feeling spot on with them...So can I still join just to challenge myself and others to stay on track..

I was told the whey protein was a cheap substance for protein any comments here? Also never tried to add this to my routine does it work for you?

hello all I am working out 6 days a week eating my caloric intake most days, but I do have 1 question. If I am to eat 1200 calories a day do I add my calories burned then eat up to that many calories or stay at 1200 no matter what? I'm really confused with this, I am trying to loose about 15 lbs. I am 5.2 weighing in now…

I would love to loose 15, keep me posted:) I am 5.2 and weigh 136 my goal is 120, lets do this ladies. I work out 6 days of week sometimes 7 that's if I'm bored lol. I have been strict with my workouts and I started at 143 lbs, just started MFP about 1 month ago.

I exercise 6 days a week, watch my caloric intake for 5 months now and can't really seem to lose any weight maybe a lb here here and there but I would like to loose like 15-20 lbs. I was adding my calories burned while working out. My goal calories is 1200 them add in 500-700 calories burned. So should I stay at the 1200…

I am always over on my sugar intake my chart says, I can't get away from sugar...I eat alot of fruit in my diet but NOT bad sugars like candy etc. Any good words for me?
