Hi everybody, i am also TTC and on my journey of weight loss. I am on a mild ketogenic plan with regular cardio exercising. Lost a bit already but determined to continue and still a long way to go. My next goal is 15kg. Could really use some friends to motivate each other. Pls add me if you wish. Cheers

Hi all, pls add me as friend. Could use some motivation re walking. Not big fan of excercising, hence current weight, but realised i can trick my brain into 'not hating' walking :) lost 20lbs but off the wagon last 3 months -back again. Also using -map my walk
