Just eat the creamer. OR go with almond milk. I budget for creamer.

I work out at home. I work from home so I really can't leave. No benefit anyway for me going to the gym. The goal for me when I go out is to see other people and get stuff done. Gym is -other people

yep. Absolutely. Completely. Alone. It sucks. My facebook people are just "liking" my posts, which I guess is fine. But no real encouragement anywhere.

bah . . . I just thought of something. By a measuring tape at a clothing store. You might be losing inches but not pounds due to all that zumba.

It depends. If you are not hungry after 6pm . . . Fine great. If you are, push it back. I go to bed at midnight or later, so my last meal is at 9pm. If I ate at 5pm or 6pm . . I'd have to budget a late night snack.

If you cannot financially afford to leave - perfectly understandable - you'll have to tune him out. He really sounds kinda toxic, but leaving takes planning . . . so you'll have to decide what you need to do for your long term housing goals while you get healthy. I think the answers will come to you as you lose weight. He…

Yep. I gotta get a couple more pieces of equipment, but I am fine with what I have right now.

Not the answers I expected. But this does make me more resolved to not get another gym membership. I thought that Planet Fitness was an anomaly with its super lack of socialization. Seems Golds Gym was a bit more social. Golds Gym at least had a movie room *sigh* but if this TV/radio/MP3 player thing is normal, sounds like…

If you want to do that, you need to make your own juices. It is really expensive . . about $12-$15 a day. Juice calculator cause you still need to maintain your calories http://www.juicingcollection.com/juicing-calculator/

Maybe talk to your doctor. I was thinking like everyone else . . . THen I looked up VGS . . . gastric sleeve. Which means you qualified for such a surgery. Which means (I swear no offense) you were really big. You're right. You should have lost more. I would advise talking to your doctor and maybe finding out your base…

Well, thanks everyone for the input. I super appreciate it.

You're 5'9". Same as me. We can hide a lot of fat with that height.

224.5 vs 205

NOticed I didn't actually feel good. Back hurt all the time and I was tired even though I work a desk job and get plenty of sleep. So I decided to stand on a scale. About had a cow.

I haven't eaten any of that. I've cut out everything. THings I no longer eat bread cake cookies ice cream - can't really eat this anyway, lactose intolerant fast food bacon starchy veges Anyway . . the list would be too long

Thanks. No, I'm not laughing. TOo frustrated for that. And all the advice is the same. Be patient yada yada. That is even more frustrating. Cuase I am sitting here going . . OMG . . . what if this doesn't come off by thanksgiving/Christmas . . . UGH . . . Won't be able to see my family. Then it's like worst case scenario .…

Well, at least I posted something that everyone can be entertained by.

This is helpful. Thanks!

I ran into a LOT of this. Though, it is entertaining watching bulked men lift . . . It just bored me after awhile.

Great job. I gave up my planet fitness membership about 3 years ago. I was looking good. Working out several times a week, but the next step in my plan wasn't working. No HIs!!!!! Just a bunch of people watching TV or listening to digital music players. Ok, sometimes the women would talk to me and we'd hash out diet plans…

I can't figure out what an NSV is....

Once a week . . . twice a week. I kinda have to scale down my scale useage after I want to maintain. I'll get up as high as weighing myself 15 times a day while I'm losing weight.
-
Quite honestly, what the very first poster said. I was eating 2 meals a day at an average of 2500 calories a day. that consisted of 2 corn dogs or some white castles and fries. or a subway sandwhich . . or a sandwhich from the pizza shop. Very low volume. Very high calorie. now I have 2 smoothies and a stir fry. Same…

IT's kind of interesting reading this. I was looking up vitamin supplements for appetite suppression about a week ago. I did find some . . . both single vitamins and vitamin mixes sold in a package for weight loss. I read some of the reviews, and they were like - I lost 10 pounds in a month! Or 8 pounds. or 2 pounds in two…

Some people like big butts. Let it roll off. You're fine. Also that's highly inappropriate of anyone to say but 15 year olds have nothing in the way of mouth filters. I had a music teacher in gradeschool that had a shelf butt. Yep, one of those butts you could set a glass of water on. I never said anything to her about it.…

1500 is fine for that weight. You can burn 300 of that off in a day by doing some mild exercises. I keep my calorie goal at 1600. I rarely hit 1600 but I'd rather see a -300 at the end of the day instead of a +100
-
I try not to do leftovers. I have found that I won't eat them at all . . no matter what it is.
-
I buy as much frozen as possible for this very reason. If I buy meat, I cut it into individual portions, bag it and freeze it. If I'm doing meat, I'm either frying it or boiling it. So it can go straight from the freezer into a pan.

Just do a 33/33/34 And eat olive oil. It's much easier than trying to find 400+ carbs. good god.... If you are really doing that much working out. I suggest triple bacon cheeseburgers from wendys.

LOL . . . you know exactly where I am coming from then. I either run it over. Bulldoze it or sledgehammer it. And this process is not responding appropriately. And yes, all I am getting is "wait it out" There has never been a wait it out day in my life. And I would like to be able to get dressed beyond workout clothes. But…
