That's completely amazing. I've lost 60 so far in about a year. I have another 10-20 to go . . but I'm in no rush. I look fine as I am and I am a healthy weight. It's nice.

Yes, you will still lose weight even if you eat over your set allottment - providing you are not eating more calories than your body needs. It's just going to be a lot slower and there's nothing wrong with slower. I'm losing about a pound or 2 a month at this point. But I'm also eating around 2000 a day.

Not true. My sister has a large frame, and she regularly weighs 155 - 165 pounds with the body of a sports model. I, on the other hand, need to weigh between 135 and 145, and I'd be a candidate for Fashion Magazine. BTW, I'd never be a candidate for Sports Illustrated, and she'd never be a candidate for Fashion.

I get those. I just roll with them. In fact, I just ran through an entire week like that. I don't know what the problem was. It didnt result in any weight gain, so . .I'm just chalking it up to a sudden metabolism fluctuation. I get those sometimes.

5'9" Desk job. Work at home desk job so I don't get out. 1700-1900 very very limited exercise. I've lost 50 in the last 6 months. I actually clean my house for exercise. Kinda funny. meeehh . . My only rule is that if I can't reproduce it in my kitchen, I'm not buying it. I have yet to find something I couldn't reproduce in my own kitchen. A hand blender and corn starch can do a lot. *grins*

I chose mine based on where I was happy previously, which is 145. That's pretty much the middle of my BMI. I can go down to 135, but I risk looking like a walking skeleton at 5'9"

My scale is wonky. Like right now, I weight 174.5. Scale says 176. Scale is wrong. Here in about 2-3 days, it will say 173. Then 2 days later it will bounce to 175. 1231 is really really really low. Almost no one is going to feel full with that amount unless they've been eating it for months. You should probably go back up to like 1500-1600 and step it down over a few weeks if that's where you really want to be.
