Do I have to eat breakfast?

Hey. So I'm not much of a breakfast person but have been trying my very best to eat it just because everyone and their mothers swear that it's imperative when shedding pounds and being healthy. What happens if I'm never hungry for breakfast and I don't eat? Would that hurt any efforts to lose weight?

    Nope ... you don't have to eat breakfast.

    I only eat breakfast on weekends.

    Eating breakfast is a preference. If you don't want to eat it then don't.

    No you don't need to eat it and no it won't hurt your weight loss process. Eat when you are hungry, in my opinion.

    I think it's just another lie that our parents told us. "Santa Clause knows if you're being good" As long as you're not hungry for breakfast, save those calories for dinner. I have to have my breakfast or I get lite headed.

    I rarely eat before 2pm. Most of my calories are spent between 6pm and 11pm

    All I have is coffee for the first couple hours after I wake up. So no, you do not have to eat breakfast.
