  • You can get low calorie biscuits and yogurt. I usually get elvita breakfast biscuits. Together, 40 g of biscuits and 300 g of yogurt should have about 200-300 calories and will keep you full until dinner.
  • I'm new to the community and would love some tips on how to lose weight and gain muscle. Even though I already do research on my own, I'd love some company!
