You could try a group fitness class - the instructor will tell you what to do. I know they are a little scary at first but soon you will be one of the regulars. Get to the class 5 - 10 minutes before it starts and tell the instructor it is your first class so they can help you set up and give you some advice for the…

Wow! You have lost so much already! Inspirational - I log every day (well only been on for 6 days but intend to keep going). I am facing a knee replacement so getting lighter is one thing I can do to hopefully delay the surgery and reduce my day to day pain. I'll be here every day!

I have also just started strength training (can only do upper body due to severe arthritis in my knee) and I am loving it. I do RPM (spin) classes for cardio and Body Pump classes (without the squat and lunge track) as well. Feel free to add me!

I can relate! I have arthritis in my right knee which makes exercise difficult. I love to exercise and I am trying to lose weight to see if I can delay a knee replacement. I agree that you just do whatever you can manage - something is always better than nothing! Food is 80% of the equation anyway.
