I agree with OP. For me, the word "diet" means temporary. It's a temporary fix to a way deeper problem. You have to completely change your lifestyle to change yourself.

I guess I should have been more specific. "Make your own food" and "don't eat those meals" was not an answer I was looking for. My goal is to go to the gym 5 times a week and spend 10-20 minutes doing small toning exercises like the 30 day challenges and other small workouts that do not require machines and then spend 30 minutes on the treadmill or elliptical for cardio.
