I'm right about at my goal weight of 140 lbs. I hit that about 3 years ago and maintained for only 4 months before the weight started creeping back up. Hi everyone. Im 41 and weigh 20 lbs more than my ideal weight and can't lise as easily as I could in my youth! My goal by oct 31 is to lise 12 lbs off my current 167 (so 155). Anyone feel free to add me as a friend. I believe in encouraging each other.

Im in too. I have about 20 lbs to lose. Tracking my meals on mfp helped me lose about that same amount a few years ago.
