I'm 28 yrs old and I do have softly defined abs and some what of good genetics. My body fat % was measured by a professional trainer @ 15 %. There's no trolling going on I'm just trying to get into the best possible shape I can before it gets to hard to do

So since your into competition, what's a normal walking around % for you before and during a competition?

Ok so no I haven't been refeeding. I'll try that though and see if I have any results.

So do you think that the 1800 calories I'm eating a day are fine? I wanna make sure I'm eating enough in order to not lose muscle mass

It's been about 2 weeks in the neutral zone and I'm around 15% body fat right now I was at 19%

I've lost about 2 lbs a week for about 6 weeks or so and then it went to 1 lbs and now I'm just maintaining the current weight
