weight loss shakes are a scheme, definitely a waste of profit. I fell for the Slimquick a year ago, complete waste. I've been on a protein shake kick using, almond milk, pure protein or real PB with fruits, veges and oatmeal. Yummy

You can do it!! I just recently joined MFP, great way to keep disciplined and realize everyone has, what they call,'cheat days'. I've recently been horrible tracking what I eat, hopefully we'll get thru this journey together!

I combine strength training with my 120min cardio days, 3-4 days a week. Works perfectly for me on maintaining my weight (104ibs) and building muscle without watching my calories. Hoping to build enough muscle and pick up my 185ibs husband. JK. He wouldn't be too thrilled.

After any intensity workout with my trainer, we excerise each muscle daily, giving that soreness a break without discontinuing any future workouts. Look forward to the burn!

In order to build lean muscle, you need to increase your protein in small quantities throughout the day. Cardio and strength training WILL BE A WASTE if you're not eating enough protein. My 12year old son got me involved in the zombie movies, "The Walking Dead", now, "Fear the Walking Dead". The first premier always starts slow, but after last nights episode, I'm eager for next weeks. Really gets you interested.
