I LOVE chocolate, now I just trick my mind with the variety selection from 'Pure Protein' or 'Luna' protein bars daily, and it demolishes my sweet tooth and boosts my energy with no regrets.

I cook and eat with my husband and 12yr old son: pasta, burgers, etc. I just make sure to fill on salad and fruits, which they're happy cuz more leftovers for them.

Yummy chocolate chip, salted carmel, peanut butter and cookie dough. I'm addicted to Pure Protein Bars. It gives me a lot of energy, excellent source of protein and it doesn't make me bloated. A must try!!!

Making time to tone up is very difficult!! Btw- U have a gorgeous complexion. I didn't make my body fat goal, but still determined. A bit differcult with a romantic husband that caters excellent food that is hard to resist. I need to shed my 4ibs and I'll b thrilled.

Completely agree with this. Plus. I get measured once a month. My ideal is 15%Body Fat, yet I still maintain same. weight. How do I build lean muscle and lose weight at same time? Is it possible? I'm 19%BMI, I want to lose the stubborn 5ibs. Any suggestions?

I would definitely call up the doctor and get advise from a professional. Personally, it won't cause any differculties in the first trimester, I had no issues with my son AND I wasn't aware of my pregnancy till I was 8weeks.
