For Breakfasts: Almost every day I have a GNC Total Lean 25 Protein Shake (flavor: Chocolate Peanut Butter) using 2 scoops with 12 oz of milk (2%). This keeps me satisfied for 4-5 hours until lunch (or dinner depending what shift I'm working that day). If I feel like cooking breakfast, I'll scramble up about 4 eggs with milk to enjoy with a Greek yogurt (Dannon Light & Fit, Banana Creme or Key Lime flavor).

For Lunch/Dinner: I always seem to include a Greek yogurt (Dannon Light & Fit, Banana Creme or Key Lime flavor) along with lots of raw carrots & cabbage "chunks" with whatever else I'm having (lately turkey meatballs or ham&cheese sandwich using provolone cheese and Boarshead honey-maple ham).

For snacks: typically either a piece or two of string cheese or BabyBel cheese or a Level-Life Rich Caramel Protein shake or Diabetic Kitchen Protein bar as those items seem to do the job of satisfying me without spiking my blood sugar numbers.
