Hey! I am aiming for 40-50 pounds, I lost 40+ pounds in 2016 and have since put it all back on again, really hoping for a more permanent change this time, would be great to have others with similar goals for accountability! Good luck to everyone!

This site is brilliant! It's working for me! I love pushing the complete entry button at the end of the day so I can see what weight I could be in 5 weeks! It's a great motivation! :-)

I'm in Scotland too and I feel rubbish about myself! Really need people to talk to about diet and fitness! Had my beautiful baby 6 months ago and now I want to sort out my body issues! I have 40-50 pounds to lose, looking for other people in a similar situation who want help and motivation!
