You can. Clear your mindset, once you change that everything will change. Clear your mind of can’t. What if I fall? Oh, but my darling, what if you fly?
-
Possibly eating too few calories so you never feel satisfied and then go crazy?
-
Definitely changing habits but I always keep in mind how long it will take me to burn it off in the gym. Most of the time, that wins. If not, I just account for it.

Learn and move on. Possibly evaluate what you ate...you might have been hungry due to food choices. One slice of pizza wouldn't fill me up but would take a good portion of my calories...maybe look at food choices if that's it.

You can do it. We all can do it. Focus. You got this.

Get a lean body mass test with a nutritionist, then you'll know right where you need to be

Life, is well...life. Took me a lot of years to realize that being more fit is what makes me better able to handle all the crazy that comes my way. I'm not saying you're not allowed to be sad or to ignore the hurt but turn that stress into fuel. Stop sweating the things that won't matter in ten minutes. Now when life gets…

Exercise for sure. Make goals, track your progress and be proud. Find things that will help trigger identification that you're starting to feel xyz mood then come up with a plan how to refocus.

I agree with poster above. I don't diet. I work hard in the gym so if I really want something I eat it. Most of the time I just don't care about it anymore. I eat for fuel and junk is now mostly dissatisfying. Friend me if you'd like support.

Keep your focus and you'll be do great.

Love your post, completely agree....and love how it makes you feel like you can do anything!

Try prepping your meals. Goof ups are going to happen, don't put too much into them. Eat a spinach salad, some chicken and an apple for dinner and get out there and go for a walk/run/gym and you'll be just fine.

@jsneed1 Feel free to add me

Just keep doing what you are doing and use your clothes as the true test. You're doing great - the hard work is paying off! Just don't stop! get off the bummer train and get out there and train. You can do this! We all can do this!

Friend me :)

Find out your recommended calorie count as mentioned above, log properly and eat balanced to fuel yourself, get to the gym if you can (although not required), getting sleep helps me keep cravings in check, drink water to keep yourself hydrated. Keep focused and you can do it

I'm not a veggie fan either but I have learned to fuel and train the way I want to I need it. I just smile and eat it. I don't buy anything frozen because I don't like the taste or texture. Only fresh. Most veggies I like in a tiny bit of olive oil and cooked until still somewhat crunchy. You can try raw with hummus? Stick…

...I've spent too much time being unhappy. I love this person I am becoming. This girl can accomplish anything.

Daily I do this: 60 min arc trainer and 20-25 elliptical and 20-25 treadmill That's my routine of choice. I might mix it up a bit or do a little less. Usually totals about 1100-1500 calories per time. I was told by a friend who is well recognized in the medical field. I'm definitely losing weight, 2-4lbs a week...sometimes…

Do you belong to a gym? Volunteer? Get a second job? Take up a new hobby? Put yourself out there and try meeting new people with similar interests. Maybe sitting down with a counselor or life coach would help.

Try finding something to keep you occupied while watching tv. Sudoku, knit, clean... Only eat at the kitchen table. Keep low calorie foods on standby, proportioned. Go to bed early? Hot tea between low cal snacks.
-
Get in the gym if you can. When you realize working your tail off for an hour might only burn (depending on your weight) two cookies and a soda you'll think twice. Log accurately.
-
Are you able to get a second opinion?
-
If you're seriously depressed please go talk to a counselor or doctor. As for the food issues, a counselor and nutritionist could help.

Have you tried stopping all sugar for two weeks? I found that 14-30 days without something makes me lose the craving. When I really need a sweet I like Dannon Greek yogurts, apples, etc. After stopping them they might taste different to you when you try them again. Another thing that has helped me is realizing how long it…

I do the arc trainer about 45- 60 minutes a day, everyday. I had this problem too and also feet falling asleep. I went to a runners shop and got different shoes and that has helped a ton. Another suggestion would be split your time in half. So arc, bike, arc.

I didn't start off loving exercise either. In fact, I looked at is a complete chore. I would have rather gone to the dentist or scrubbed the house with a toothbrush than have gone to the gym. I finally had enough of feeling terrible and looking terrible so I told myself, 30 days straight in the gym for 60 minutes at a…

Take a pic of yourself daily. You'll see changes. Keep it up, takes time.

Make the choice not to slip. Make the choice that you've put in a lot of hard work and don't have time for these negative thoughts. Get to the gym, log your food. Friend me if you'd like. I'm losing and not turning back.
