I have 15 regular m&ms twice a day. 112 calories all together. That way I dont blow it and still feel satisfaction.

Hey!!! Dont feel bad. I had nothing but junk and stayed nearly within my calories. It was fun but I feel terribly ill. I just got done looking at success stories and am ready for tomorrow to get back on track to feel better too!

Cool with a misty rain at 9:23 in Utah. The air is off windows open and a candle lit.. I love rain and it hardly does so here.

Dont worry too much. Keep counting and weighing your food. I only lost 3 pounds in three weeks. Stick with it.. Maybe try walking and or biking or just something you like to do. One thing I learned is that condiments are high in calories also dont drink your calories. You can easily meet that goal with colas and some of…

I know these are bad and would never attempt even not on a diet. Hardly ever drink calories as well..

I read somewhere that if you are craving sugar, you need energy. Greek yogurt mixed with almonds works for me.
